Hula Sistas Shipping & Returns Policy
All regular items will be shipped within 2-7 business days of clearance of payment via USPS First Class Mail. Any items that have custom text, imagery, or inside printing have an additional 5 to 7 business day processing time before shipping. (7-14 business days in total)
Hula Sistas is aware that some items are fragile and take the very best precaution when packaging them for shipping. If something happens to your item during shipping, please refer to the refund policies.
Hula Sistas does request delivery confirmation and tracking on all orders, except small orders of stickers only. Sticker only orders are shipped via USPS letter and are not trackable.
If you need your item quicker, please contact me and we will work out a separate shipping agreement. Standard processing time still applies.
For all International orders, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. Please be aware of your country's policies on international orders before you purchase.
Hula Sistas take everything on a case by case basis. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, contact me. I will generally issue store credit or replace items broken or lost during shipping.
If you wish to return your item(s), contact me. I will refund the purchase price once the item(s) is/are returned in the original condition with the original packaging. However, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, taxes and duties for the return of an item. Shipping costs are not refundable on returns.
If a buyer wishes to cancel a paid transaction, you may request to do so if your items have not been shipped. If your items have been shipped, please refer to the return/refund policy stated above. All custom orders (including cards with personalized text) are not returnable.
All transactions are final and non-refundable 45 days after the item(s) have been received according to the date of delivery confirmation.
